| Comment | Controversial take but if you leave bin bags by the bin you’re part of the problem - you produced that rubbish and it’s your responsibility to properly dispose of it. If your bin is full then either hold onto it, and store it yourself or find another way to dispose of it responsibly I.e other bin areas.
Now, ideally your bin should be empty for you to do this, but what you’re advocating for here is that if a public bin is full you should just drop your litter on the ground rather than carrying it to the next bin. |
