Interesting that the top of the bin has been cut-off the top of this photo. Maybe the reality doesn’t fit OP’s motive. I’ve seen half empty bins in my local bin area beside my flat, completely ignored and rubbish bags dumped right beside them. Lifting a bin lid is too difficult for some people.
