| Comment | Hard disagree. Taking it to other bins on your street means the residents of those buildings have less space for their rubbish and then the problem continues. The bin at my flat has a missing lid, making it a target for fly tipping so my bin is often overflowing because other people aren't thinking of the impact on us of their excess waste. At least stacking the rubbish beside your own bin gives the council a true reflection of the volume they should be planning for. |
