London Road esp has plenty of side streets to tuck yourself in to let them past. The road is still plenty wide that we can share it.
My question to planners is the amount of time they have cyclists crossing entire lanes of traffic to join a cycle lane that's only on the opposite side of the road. Then cross back to suit whatever silly design they've thought up.
Lanes shouldn't be for hardened cyclists. They are meant to be safe & encourage our young & old alike to get out and make it a healthy habit. |
