Meh, my tenement had a similar clause - ours also stipulated absolutely no songbirds. I assume budgies were something of a Victorian menace. But I wouldn’t worry, it’s such an antiquated clause it wouldn’t be enforceable. Only two flats in the building don’t have any pets, I think your puppy will be fine. Just don’t be a dick about it shitting in the back court.
