And when I went to test drive cars I phoned to check they had the two cars I wanted before going they told me they did and when I arrived they didn't have them at that store but said they were on sale at another store and due to be delivered to Hillington by the end of the week. I ended up test driving at another car store the same day and then putting a deposit down for the car I wanted at Hillington Peter Vardy because it was a better deal and then they told me the exact same thing. The car hasn't been checked prior to going on sale at the other Peter Vardy store and not had problems that would take months to resolve. When I told them I wanted my deposit back the sales guy because super shitty over the phone told me he'd sort it out and it took me months to get a hold of someone. I ended up having to go through the complaints team.
I ended up going to an Arnold clark, who I know people have the exact same issues with but I've bought from paisley fiat Arnold clark and also the Renault/Dacia in Falkirk and never had any issues. They actually went above and beyond to help. |
