It sounds similar to the old 'no animals which will disturb the local livestock' nonsense that I had to sign for a rented flat on the Gallowgate before. I did surmise that the local livestock would be the other residents. A stupid standard clause. Don't see how it could possibly ever be enforced now. Definitely check with your solicitor to confirm,
