I'm really anti killing things but when mice droppings appeared in my flat I had a newly crawling baby and I made my choice. Called the council, they sent out pest control. Poison behind the kickboards.
So it's up to you. You can try deterrent steps like finding the gaps they're getting in, peppermint oil etc, and have a wee battle for several weeks of will they won't they come back or you can call the council. Whatever you do though, traps and baits involving food do not work, neither do any catch and release traps. Don't waste your money and time on them. |
