Thank you very much for you response. We only moved last week so I don’t think we have been negligent - I’ve emailed the factor and will tell the owner when I see them.
Sorry to hear you have had a lot of leaks - does that not cover negligence if it keeps happening? Did they get a plumber?
Not sure why the owner said the factor told them this is a private matter 🤔
