| Comment | Sorry you were told that, the person has given you wrong information. I actually worked on that helpline for a short spell... There’s a registration department, which you can be transferred to, and they will make you a CHI number and get you on the system. They’ll then book your first appointment. I’d call back and the registration line is probably an option on the IVR, if not then ask to be transferred through. |
