Comment | I believe they stopped collecting them at the start of Covid, then decided they would only resume for a subset, and remove them from anywhere were tenants have been using them for general waste
ours is still there and got collected recently for the first time in a year, but our close is well-behaved and respecting of bin diversity
I'm wondering if they'll expand this collective punishment concept to other services
