Comment	Still think it is a poor decision, but at least debate can now be informed by what the Sheriff actually thought and not speculative press reporting. PS: The Scotland Judiciary website is awful and chews up links. That link worked when I posted it. However, if it doesn't, then go to http://www.scotland-judiciary.org.uk/2/0/Judgments-And-Sentences and click "sentencing statements" followed by "PF v Christopher Daniel".
