For 2 people in a 2 bedroom place I'd say 55-60 is average pricing.
That's what I paid at my previous rented flat and also at my current one.
It greatly depends on the flats heating system and how power hungry the computers power supply is.
If the heating is electric then it'll be more expensive to run than gas central
I think you can still get a tax return to cover wfh costs as well. |
