| Comment | I’d be careful with this - it’s been going round the internet for while that private fines are not enforceable in Scotland, but if there’s clear signage, you enter in to a contract and it’s your job to prove the signage wasn’t clear or misleading.
You could ignore it and hope they don’t bother to take you to court, but these companies do this for a living, so it’s worth their time to chase you up as they will probably win.
