| Comment | You’re right. My Mum got one just before she died and after her death they kept sending letters even though I called them and told them that she had passed. They said I had to send in an original copy of her death certificate (which costs £10) despite me telling them they could easily check the records with Glasgow City Council. I sent every letter back to them in a box with a brick, with no postage on it in the hope they would have paid it at the other end. Pricks. |
