You should start with narrowing down your local clubs and what classes are on offer at the times to suit you, the app is very good for this. I go to 2-3 classes a week as well as swimming and I feel i get my moneys worth.


Yoga is for all abilities, usually the instructor will ask if anyone is new and they will have a few words with you and tell you how to take it easy. A good instructor will give varying options for abilities. There's loads of yoga instructors that do glasgow club, PM me and I can tell you my favourites.


Also "G cycle" is a great class workout, again depends on the instructor but its only 45 mins and you always leave feeling better than when you arrived.


Well done on wanting to do better, you will feel amazing for it.
