They even sent a tradesman to take the ceiling down at night but he said there is no need as it is safe and just went home.
Honestly after 11 hours journey and few hours dealing with this shit, at 4am I was not really up for arguing with him.
The ceiling was finally taken down by the sprinkler guys (a different company and very professional, helpful and friendly guys) on the next day. |
