| Comment | This sounds like my worst nightmare and I dunno how you've put up with it for so long. We live in a newish build estate where there have been umpteen neighbours who feel the need to feed the seagulls on a regular basis, shiteing all over cars, windows, kids toys etc.
I found that having a word with the "bird lovers" and confronting them was the best way to get it to stop and they all pretty much seemed like they were unaware of the issues that come from seagull shit, so when explained they didn't do it again.
This guy sounds like an absolute screwball though and he needs a severe "talking to".
I wouldn't count on the council, they are hopeless. They did nothing about our neighbour who loves to burn plastic instead of putting in his blue bin. |
