You won't get a flat for that budget in the west end unfortunately. For context, I used to rent a 1 bed flat in the west end for 525 per month, 8 years ago. You could potentially find somewhere in that region in Paisley although I've not checked rent costs there for a while. Ibrox is well connected and a bit cheaper, but even then, most one bed places are now around 550+.
