| Comment | One thing I'd note as well if you're looking to find a place that allows pets is, as others were saying, it's mostly just at the landlord's discretion. When I was looking last summer, one of the properties agreement just added 200 onto the deposit as a pet deposit. So that's something to also consider, that you could potentially need to add more to your deposit if you're wanting to think about what to expect! Not everywhere is like that tho as the place I needed up renting was fine with pets at no extra cost! |
