Your Student Union (SRC if you're at UoG) should be able to offer you advice based on what's happening and your rental contract. Citizens Advice Bureau and Shelter can also give housing law advice too. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this and hope you can get somewhere much better soon. Take care.
