Great. I will try asking these things when she comes today to collect the rent.

Yeah, I definitely dont want to create problems for her but I also fear that she will definitely repeat these things in the future with new tenants. But yeah, thanks for taking your time and explaining things in detail. I am grateful to you and the super helpful folks in r/Glasgow.
