| Comment | Central Strength in the town. Outcast barbell sanctuary in Clydebank. Elite gym in Ibrox. Extreme gym in Scotstoun and one in Denniston, these 2 are totally fine but don't have power bars like you would get in the previous 3. Future fitness on Kilmarnock Road has lots of bodybuilders so probably not too bad for powerlifting but not somewhere I've been. Personally I commute through to Anvil Strength Gym in paisley. It's amazing and the perfect place to train powerlifting. Well worth the 10/15 minute drive and as there's so much kit there you save time once you're in there as you never need to wait on anything. |
