Comment	So is it better to ignore it, or should you respond to the company stating you are unable to confirm who was driving at the time? I’m not being an arsehole here, genuinely would like to know if there is a defence in case it happens again - this is valuable info. Fucking love Scots law, just for being a wee bit different.
