Absolutely 100% not worth it. By all means defend yourself with minimal force but don't let some scaley wee munter ruin your life or your GFs life by you getting a criminal assault sentence. If she has more witnesses than you and can convince a court that you as a man are the aggressor then you are FUCKED. Think on how easy that would be easy to make a case for. Are you a large man?
Minimal force is removing yourself from the situation without force where possible and then let the criminal justice system with all it's flaws handle it.
Don't let somebody else potentially ruin your future just because you are "expected" to act a certain way. |
