| Comment | Yeah agreed, but tbh any warzone, ex warzone isn't going to be cushty. And a military check point pointing guns at you isn't the same as having a gun pointed at you at an atm etc. Conversely UAE and dubai are one of the safest countries in the world in regards to violent crime. The prohibition on alcohol (in parts) also makes it safer. I just want to break the stigma that the whole of middle east is a gun toting mad house. |
