Lots of good chippies in Paisley if you don’t mind taking a train. Allan’s Snack Bar is really good and also Castlevecci’s (probably fucked the spelling) which has a claim to fame by being owned and run by Paolo Nutini’s dad. Both are sit in and takeaway.
