I phoned them up, a young sounding guy answered. I asked whether they cut women's hair and he was polite but just said no, they don't. I clarified that I basically wanted a short back and sides, ie the sort of haircut they do on men all day long, but he just repeated that they don't do it. He was polite but it was awkward!
