Lots of undesirable characters in the area. Known trouble hot spot. Can be bad for parking. Another poster said avoid Earl St. Those flats are almost like an extension of Earl St and probably where you will need to park if you drive. The park at the end of the block and the cycle path (on the old railway line) close by are the local ned hangouts. |
