| Comment | 1. Fluoride is not added to Scottish tap water and it's impossible for it to accidently contaminate the supply.
2. Fluoride is completely tasteless, apples and tea have fluoride in them.
3. Your toothpaste probably tastes like mint and a combination of chemicals which are just bitter/metallic.
4. Fluoridated water is perfectly safe and actually beneficial to teeth, but the fluoridation does not affect the flavour whatsoever and is impossible to distinguish from non fluoridated water by taste or smell. |
