Comment | While both cities have a reasonable tech job market, I would say that neither is particularly huge, and it's good to keep your options open.
So I would suggest looking for jobs first, and then making decisions on where to move based on that. It may be that each of you finds the job you want in a different city, and so the best arrangement would be to live somewhere between them (e.g. Stirling/Falkirk) and commute in different directions.
