Comment | They have been faffing around with cycling access to these tunnels for 20 years. First it was a few spates of closing alternate sides, then it was the slippery anti-slip paint, and now this red tape telling you to get off and walk even though there's no physical reason to. Clearly, if they don't get a Holyrood grant or a PR boost out of cycling infrastructure, they see it as a nuisance, even if it is actually more useful than their "city ways" or "boulevard projects" or whatever the latest eco potemkin village stuff is. |
