Most of it is! From Petershill you want to head down Keppochhill Rd, turn left on Pinkston Rd to rejoin the canal. Go along the canal then go down the hill at Speirs Wharf. At the bottom of the hill keep right and go over the pedestrian bridge. Keep going and you will arrive at St George's cross on pedestrian walkways. At St George's cross there is another footbridge. Go over it and you will be on West Princes St which is very quiet. From there you can cross Kelvingrove park to get to uni.

Sorry for the wordy explanation. I only found this route by following the green signs (the ones indicating distance times for walking and cycling). Google maps doesn't seem to know about it.

It's also very easy to get to the city centre. You can cycle down past the big Tesco, then at St Roch's high school, cross over to the right side and go under the road. Follow the pedestrian way and when you emerge, take a right. You will cross a bridge with the Royal infirmary on your left. At the top of the bridge, take a right, then left, and rejoin the High st.
