| Comment | From what I've heard working in the industry (civil engineer) they've been pinned with causing some severe accidents with filtering motorcyclists down south.
But they're Sustrans flavour of the month though so they don't need to be logical or productive, just a sink for council grants for ring fenced money that would be better spent elsewhere. |
