This is your lucky day then. I took my landlord to court for putting the depositing scheme 30 days later than he should have. I took him to court because he was a shitty landlord but it would have been too long to go about all of his sketchiness so this was the only impossible to loose technicality I could pick him up on with certainty. I gave him to one of those no win no fee agencies because I did not want to bother with it. He paid me a fine and covered the legal costs. At the end it cost him more than 5000 pounds. |
