It's something I'd recommend training for. You can do it in 2 days, but recommended for about 5-7 days providing you have a route, your stops, and your supplies in check you'll be fine.
It's anywhere between 12 and 25 miles a day generally though rough terrain, there are paths though, and up hill. I'd suggest preparing beforehand.
