| Comment | Good luck with that. Our ex landlord, which is an agency, didn’t lodge deposits (we’re taking them to court), isn’t accredited by ombudsman (which is legally required), and we have evidence from other tenants that they were doing the same shit to them too.
I reported it to the council six months ago - fair enough they might be busy as the person on the phone seemed quite concerned and agreed they shouldn’t even be allowed to let properties. But they’re still fully operational so clearly nothing happened. First tier tribunal is their best bet. |
