Everything is coming out, the ball bearings themselves have escaped and some of the casing has rusted so badly that it has essentially attached its self to the axel that holds the wheel in place. I've been using lubricant and using a dremel to try and cut the casing to release the pressure so that I can remove the axel but it is taking ages.
