By 'not policed' they mean they're not going to ask questions or look inside your pants at the door, as with any such safe space, because obviously policing gender like that wouldn't be very welcoming.
As you identify as male, you're being asked not to attend this course, and instead go to one of the many other such courses that will welcome you. |
