Practical Car and Van rental were really good about a month ago, when I helped my Dad move. In Anniesland, just past the Morrison’s, on Temple Road.

I had tried Boulevard first, but they had no availability - apparently had been that way for ages, but still worth trying as they are cheap.

If you aren’t used to driving a van, think about paying a bit more for the excess waiver. If you do damage it, you just hand the keys back and walk away. Standard excess is usually about £1000 and they will just take the full amount and give you the change once the damage is fixed.
