They never told me the fix time. I will try making a complaint at Three and if not solved by 8 weeks I'll go to Ofcom.
That being said, it might be easier to just buy a new phone with 5G and see if that works... I wouldn't be surprised if these issues had something to do with Three 5G roll out.
