Then you could let it out (dirty words on this forum) if you don't have the equity you need and could be a retirement investment .
I ended up buying back in 06 when market was high for 85k and could only sell for 75k 4 years later. Luckily that was enough to cover the mortgage but I had to save up the deposit from scratch again for my next house
