| Comment | Think it would probably cost a good few quid - the guy turned up with a van & the hawk.
He hung about all day, bringing the hawk out of the van a few times - it just sat on the grass. It was pretty impressive looking but didn't actually do anything.
It caused absolute chaos with the seagulls though, complete panic. Maybe worth it just for the entertainment value.
I think the timing was important (just when the seagulls were settling in to nest). Didn't have any problem with them that summer. |
