One of the properties I viewed sold 37% over homer report value and almost 50% over the offers over value.
28 bidders on closing date, I wasn’t even. In the top 10 offering 30k over - place didn’t even have central heating and its electrical switches were all Bakelite - in some ways it’s lucky I didn’t get it. 😂
