| Comment | Rant warning: Spent months dealing with DFS on behalf of an elderly relative and I can honestly say that I've never dealt with such a bunch of incompetent cunts in all my life. A problem that could easily have been rectified has spun into a Kafkaesque nightmare. Initially, they agreed to sort out the issue. Fine. Of course they didn't. Blah, blah, blah, of course we want to complain. In the course of one day we've been given at least four different phone numbers for their head office, all of which have been wrong departments, wrong numbers, etc. The best one was when we were given a number from a cretinous incompetent called Anne (name changed), hung up, dialed it only to get through to Anne again! If this is how they get their kicks they can rot. If I wasn't dealing with this for another person I would have snapped into a torrent of verbal abuse by now. Sorry, needed to vent. |
