| Comment | Uddingston is nice. Got a lot of good wee independent restaurants and cafes in it, as well as the same in nearby Bothwell and Hamilton. There’s a few retail parks nearby for all the usual things.
It’s a handy location as well, you can go up to city centre or to south and explore the Clyde Valley (beautiful) or go to Chatelherault Country Park, Strathclyde, Bothwell Castle and Clyde walkway if you like the outdoors. |
