Er...no. It kills 1 in 3 young children it infects, and is incredibly dangerous for pregnant women. Measles has not been something we accept spreading since about 40 years ago, it's a very serious disease. Cases in the UK are in the low hundreds per year, and that only because of the rise of anti-vaxxers. |
