Just explain you’re situation to you’re gp and you’re preferences and why. They should be trying to make you’re health service as accessible as possible. So I’d request a letter detailing you’re conversations after each appointment and also would take me own notes throughout the call if you are able and let them know you’re doing this and may need to pause from time to time
