| Comment | I know, and they got it so off that it changed the tax I was meant to pay, based on the profit. Their shit guess made it look like I'd made loads of money, so they had to send somebody else out to actually do it properly. That's when they said that they don't always 'need' to go in, they can just make a guess based on when it was built and what similar sized properties have sold for in the area. |
