I sat next to a woman who pished herself on that bus once. Anyway, you probably won't sleep on that bus, and it will be uncomfortable. But it's usually quiet. I'd recommend a good belt of booze and earplugs. I've never made that journey sober. If you can afford to get the train, do so.
